Hi - I just wanted to let you know that I have never had such great service. The technician arrived EXACTLY at the appointed time - do you know how rare that is? I didn't have to wait around in between two given times (of course they always come at the very, very end of the time period). The technician was prepared, friendly and knowledgeable. No more pop-ups!!!!!!!! My computer is mine again!

Very professional, great attitude, and explained what he was doing as he went along so that I could understand the issues and learn a little more about how my computer works. I just wanted to thank you guys your service is the best around I honestly would never hire another company beside you guys again. You guys are on time and you know what your doing. I had a guy here one time before I found you guys who took 4 hours to fix a problem without success that took your technicians no time at all. I have now called you numerous times with all sorts of problems that were fixed immediately, some I did not even think were fixable. I had one computer I thought was finished but after your guys worked on it for like 30 minutes it was working better than my new ones. You guys also saved me from a virus that spread throughout our network, again fixed ASAP . If you ever have a client in doubt or needs a reference please feel free to have them contact me. Your company is the most professional company I have ever dealt with.
